Chef Burrell has worked and studied in some of the most prestigious New York restaurants. He was also a part of Iron Chef America and the culinary landscape of Italy. Burrell was born within New York State's Upstate, began to develop a passion for cooking. The Culinary Institute of America was the next step for her when she earned the Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications at Canisius College Buffalo NY. The Culinary Institute of America was where I had my most memorable time in my life. I couldn't seem to get enough pleasure from the experience. After graduating, Burrell worked at La Bottega del 30 in Tuscany and La Taverna del Lupo (in Umbria) during her time at Umbria. She also attended the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. In Italy, she developed a profound appreciation and understanding of Italian food and culture. This will have a significant impact on the way she cooks. Burrell has served on the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board which brightens the lives of children facing challenges. She is also a Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation celebrity ambassador where she advocates for the awareness of juvenile diabetes. as a speaker, guest and teacher she travels across the U.S. to share her love for cooking and professional career. Anne has, through her whole experience in the kitchen, has declared that it's an honor to be able to be able to share this love of the food industry with people.
